Rage From Within the Machine.In this world we are told 'Do Not Climb', to not rise above and trespass on the lands of the ruling class, those tyrants that draw the lines in the sand. They divide us to make us incapable of stopping them, and profit from the exploitation of our labour. To these rulers we are forever in their servitude, like unwitting disciples to dismissive gods. The current cost of living crisis and seemingly never ending ‘unprecedented times’ have made the hypocrisies and failings of our current systems abundantly clear. Are we to die a cold death in a wasteland of concrete and steel? It’s these monuments of capitalism that scream 'Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!'.

Depicting a Leader ShowMy focus for this project is to help empower and liberate people from different ethnicities, sexualities, and genders here in Bath, by joining in my response and sharing their voices my models have captured this concept of a contemporary allegory on the society which paints them as the leader.
Biography

growing up as a kid, i enjoyed adventuring in the forest with my brother, we would stay out until our parents would call us home for dinner. It was always nice being so close to nature, and it's where i take a influence in the most in my workMy dad bought me my first camera, a Nikon D40, and as a young teenager i started to take photos with him on days out which drove my passion for the arts, leading me to college where i began studying textiles and photography at GCSE and Alevels which gave me a hands-on approach to thinking. Today I contuine to study my photographic practice at Bath Spa
Ashley Cerrino is a courageous individual who explores both inner and outer dimensions of themselves and their potential. They are always on a voyage of discovery, unafraid to reveal their inner voice and observe how others react. Their map is uncharted, and the joy lies in the unknown.
As a versatile multidisciplinary artist, they adeptly explore alternative mediums, without limiting themselves to any one particular practice. Their goal always remains to bring a fresh and unique perspective to each project they undertake.
